Design Notes

For an oscillatory system, it is necessary for the reporter to be degraded to prevent constitutive expression that would lead to a lack of oscillations. Both the I5610 and E0434 were cut using BsrGI and the fragments ligated together thus placing the degradation tag on the functioning aspect of the repressilator to be used in our system.
